Subject: Regarding Correction in Marksheet Format w.e.f. 14-08-2026

It has been observed that in the statement of marks released earlier, the total column was wrongly printed as Total/Received i.e. 200/164.
In order to maintain accuracy and standard format, it is hereby ordered that with effect from 14-08-2026, the details of all future digits received/total shall be printed in the correct format i.e. 164/200.
All concerned employees are directed to follow this revised format for all new marksheets.
This order is for the records and future compliance of the institution.
